Becoming a part of the new breed of video journalism

Michael Rosenblum has posted a piece on his blog about how the new VJ paradigm is taking shape at KGTV.

If the powers that be would only listen to those who are out in the field actually doing the work, and would be willing to take the steps necessary to become something more – something different.

The way news is presented in this new model of video journalism would be more inviting, more interactive, more substance for the very audience that is turning away from broadcast news due to sheer boredom of what’s being presented to them currently.

I think this video speaks for itself and it has only solidified my position in the new paradigm of Video Journalism for the 21st century.
